Alberta has one of the lowest-cost business environments in North America, two fast-growing major cities in Calgary and Edmonton, and a young, talented population. Unfortunately, international awareness remained low, limiting its FDI potential. To get the province on the radar of businesses overseas and inject the project pipeline with more opportunities, we designed a demand generation program that combined brand marketing and lead generation initiatives.

Generated 437 marketing leads in 6 months across social media and sponsored content. This has so far resulted in 8 confirmed FDI-related meetings for Invest Alberta.​

Traffic Boost

Generated nearly 10,000 web visits, spending an average of 1:23 time on site. The campaign also increased direct traffic by 12.7% year over year.

Lead Engagement

Generated 437 marketing leads, resulting in 8 confirmed FDI meetings to date. Also raised the lead-oriented actions on the website from target markets by 4x.​
